Do I need to code to build AR/VR?

Some scripting helps. Unity uses C# and Unreal uses Blueprints (visual scripting). The fundamentals are taught from scratch.

Will I need a Quest headset?

Headsets are available on campus for testing. For personal practice, you can deploy to a phone (mobile AR) or use Quest emulators.

Is the AR/VR industry hiring in India?

Yes — especially across enterprise XR (training, real estate, healthcare) and brand-side AR (filters, e-commerce try-on). Mobile / web AR is the fastest-hiring segment.

How is this different from Gaming?

AR/VR overlaps with Gaming on tools (Unity, Unreal) but specialises in immersive interaction, spatial UI, and headset deployment. Gaming is broader — both engines, broader pipelines, and traditional game design.

Will I ship a real experience?

Yes. The Instagram AR filter and the capstone XR experience are both real, shippable deliverables.

Is the course on-campus?

Yes — all sessions are on-campus at our Mira Road East studio.
